TrendView Subscription
We offer an annual subscription to Trendview with the customer option to renew. Because Trendview is essentially “software as a service”, there is no initial software license fee or annual maintenance fee. Customers pay an annual subscription fee just like you would for salesforce.com. The only difference is, our subscription allows unlimited users.
Scope
Each month (as soon as the General Ledger is closed), we extract key performance metrics from your ERP system across the following process areas:
- Purchase to Pay
- Customer to Cash
- General Accounting
Metrics are focused on providing detailed information into the 3c’s.
Deliverables
Each month, metrics are updated and available to customers via a secure website allowing:
- Comparisons to the prior month, quarter, year
- Comparisons between business units
- Comparisons to other companies
- Comparisons to company set targets
In addition to the metrics, we provide quarterly briefings to review and discuss performance with management.
Implementation Effort
Implementation is accomplished in a matter of days. The key steps include:
- Installing the program - the equivalent of installing a new report
- Scheduling the program to automatically run on a monthly basis
- Establishing a secure FTP connection to transmit the extract results to us
- Testing steps 1 through 3 above
- Conducting 30 minute webcast training sessions with users
