Grant Fitzwilliam, Managing Director
Grant works with companies to help them understand the 3c solution and to assist them in incorporating it as part of their operational improvement initiatives.
Prior to 3c InSight, Grant spent 10 years at a benchmarking and consulting firm in a variety of corporate and client facing leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer, Managing Director - Finance Transformation Practice and Managing Director - Oracle Practice. He worked with a wide spectrum of clients including General Electric, Mattel, Emerson Electric and Harvard University providing solutions including benchmarking, process improvement, organizational design, ERP implementation and program management. Mr. Fitzwilliam also spent 7 years as a consultant and auditor at KPMG, one of the Big 4 accounting firms.
Grant is also on the Board of Directors of Upstream, a fast growing reverse logistics company focused on the consumer electronics marketplace.
He has an Accounting degree from the University of South Florida. |

David Hebert, Managing Director
David is responsible for client management and product development for 3c InSight. Previously, he managed a benchmark and consulting company's global process and executive advisory operations. During his time there, he also led the Information Technology practice, and was responsible for establishing a focused ERP research track. He has nearly 20 years of experience in finance operations, information systems and process improvement initiatives. His expertise covers a wide range of industries and business sectors, including, manufacturing, telecommunications, consumer packaged goods and financial services. David began his career at Saturn Corporation, where he served on a design team for the development, stabilization and optimization of proprietary financial and procurement systems. Additionally, he has personally managed many large, complex projects involving significant technical and business challenges. Working with organizations such has General Electric, Emerson, Alcan Aluminum and BellSouth, he has functioned in roles ranging from team leader to managing director in efforts aimed at reducing total cost of ownership while maximizing the return on investment.

Gaye van der Eerden, Managing Director
Gaye is responsible for all sales and marketing programs at 3c InSight. She has over 20 years experience with marketing and sales at professional business services and IT consulting organizations Prior to 3c InSight, she founded a marketing and sales consultancy working with a variety of professional services firms that served global companies. Before that, she had senior business development roles with a benchmark and consulting company and The Law Companies Group While at the benchmark and consulting company, she launched several products including an ERP Advisory group and related benchmark and a Sarbanes Oxley benchmark. Gaye also held several operational management roles in the Oracle Practice including overseeing client training and resource management.
Gaye has a Business Degree from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Georgia State University.
